The purpose of the Privacy Policies is to reaffirm Ventura Petróleo S.A.'s commitment to the rules of the General Data Protection Law, Law nº. 13.709, August 14, 2018, (LGPD), and with its Privacy and Data Protection Governance Program (PGPD) in all its environments. The Policy aims, among other aspects, to explain how personal data are collected, used and shared by the Company, in addition to explaining what the holders' rights are and how they can exercise them.
